With the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are monitoring the situation to ensure the continued safety and wellness of our valued tenants and team members.
Effective Tuesday, March 17th, all gym areas, pools, saunas, change rooms, party rooms and yoga rooms in our buildings will be closed. We have increased the cleaning frequency of the common areas and suspended apartment viewings until further notice.
Any non-essential maintenance requests will be delayed. If you need to speak to an Urbandale staff member, please call or email instead of visiting the office.
